- Merchandise must be unwashed, unused, and unworn.
- Merchandise must be in the original packaging.
- Orders containing promotional merchandise and sales items are final sale and are non-refundable. This includes bundles & packs.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- An order # as well as an email address or phone number must be provided with your return.
- Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from delivery date.
- We can only accept returns for items purchased directly on the TheOlaBola.com website.
